Where can I purchase Points?

Who is eligible to purchase Points?

Points can be purchased by any Members that have earned at least 1 Point. New accounts will not be eligible, please review Terms and Conditions.

What are the availablePoints packages, and how many can I buy?

You may purchase packages of 1,500, 3,000, 8,000, and 16,000 Points, with a limit of one package per order.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. This serves as proof that your Points are on the way. Be sure to save the email or print your order details immediately after your purchase.

Can I receive a refund for my purchased Points?  

No, all sales are final. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How long does it take for my Points to be posted?

Purchased Points will be credited to your account within 2 business days of purchase.

Please contact Customer Care if your Points are not credited within 2 business days.

The following terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of Blue Points (the “Offer”):

Offer is available to Blue Rewards Members only. Blue Points may be purchased at the prices currently listed on the “Buy Points” webpage at buypoints.bluerewards.ca (“Website”) which are subject to change without notice (including, but not limited to, as a result of time-limited promotional offers which Blue Rewards may offer and withdraw). Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will apply. Points can be purchased in increments of Points as listed on the Website, on a per transaction basis (each a “Package”). The number of Points that can be purchased as a Package is subject to change at any time; please consult the Website for the most current information regarding the specific Packages that are available to purchase at any given time.
Limit of one Package per transaction. All sales are final. There are no refunds on purchased Points.

Please allow up to 2 business days for Points to be deposited into your Member account.

To be eligible to purchase Points:

  1. a valid Member number must be entered at the time of the transaction; and
  2. at least 1 Point must have been posted to the Member account prior to the time of purchase.

The purchase price of a Point under this Offer is not intended to be, and should not be understood as, a statement of the dollar value of a Point. Notwithstanding the purchase price, the value of Points can fluctuate based on your redemption choices or changes to the Blue Rewards Program. For example, the value of Points may vary based on the category of reward being redeemed (travel, merchandise, certificate, or event), the specific individual reward being redeemed, and any promotional offers available at the time of redemption. The amount of Points needed to redeem a specific reward is subject to change without notice, and such changes may affect the value of the Points being redeemed. Blue Rewards reserves the right in its sole discretion to:

  1. Make changes to this Offer (including, but not limited to, the price per Point) and withdraw the Offer at any time, for any reason and without notice.
  2. Reverse any transaction it finds in its sole discretion to be in violation of these terms and conditions, disruptive, suspicious or fraudulent.
